About Austin

My name is Austin Finnern, and I’m an investor friendly Realtor with The Dawning Firm. I primarily work with clients throughout the Saint Louis and Saint Charles County area. Real estate has always interested me because of the opportunities it creates for people to build wealth and improve properties in their communities. As an investor friendly Realtor, I bring a different perspective to the table than many traditional agents. I understand how investors evaluate deals, estimate renovation costs, and identify properties with strong potential. This allows me to help my clients find fix-and-flip opportunities, rental properties, on and off-market that can make sense.

I also enjoy helping homeowners who are trying to decide the best way to sell their property. Some sellers want to list their home on the open market to get the highest possible price, while others prefer a quicker and simpler solution. Since I have many investor clients, I can help sell properties directly to local investors, allowing sellers to avoid repairs, showings, and long closing timelines. My goal is always to help people find the solution that makes the most sense for their situation—whether that means buying a home, selling a property, investing in real estate, or building a rental portfolio.
